Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Mix the softened butter with the sugar until creamy and then stir in the egg. Mix the walnuts with the cinnamon on a plate.
  3. Now remove walnut-sized pieces from the dough and shape them into a round shape. I always weigh my balls so that they are evenly sized. You then have a weight of 17g. When you`ve got it all, roll them well in the walnut / cinnamon mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Leave a space of about 5 cm between the biscuits. Then bake them in the oven for about 10-17 minutes. They should be golden brown in color at the bottom. Remove and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. The dough makes about 25 pieces.
