Instructions

  1. Crush the half walnut kernels in a mortar.
  2. Peel off the garlic cloves and dice finely. Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic cubes in it.
  3. Now add the cream and the crushed walnuts and heat briefly and season with salt and pepper and serve in a bowl.
