Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts. Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl, mix with the pinch of salt and the chopped nuts. In another bowl, mix the egg with the butter, milk, maple syrup and sugar. Add the flour mixture and fold in. Pour the batter into the muffin pan and place half a walnut on each for decoration.
  3. Baking time approx. 20 - 25 minutes at 180 ° C convection (stick test).
  4. Makes about 12 muffins.
