Instructions

  1. Put the softened butter in a bowl. Wash half an orange with hot water and dry it. Finely rub the peel and squeeze out the juice. Add both to the butter and knead everything together well. Grate the walnut kernels as small as possible or chop them very finely with a knife. Stir walnuts into the butter, season with the cayenne pepper. Chill for about 1 hour.
