Instructions

  1. Chop the walnuts very finely with the knife and then mix with all the other ingredients (except the oil). Mix the mixture well until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Gradually add the oil and work in.
  3. Let the paste soak in the refrigerator overnight. Possibly add a little more oil the next day.
  4. Serve cold, with flatbread.
