Instructions

  1. Do not chop walnuts too coarsely. Peel and dice the onions. Clean, wash, spin dry the rocket and cut the leaves lengthways. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil in the pan, sauté the onion cubes, add the tomato halves and walnuts and sauté over a medium heat for about 2 minutes. Finally mix in the rocket and remove the pan from the hob. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the spaghetti, catch some of the pasta water and add to the ingredients in the pan. Stir in and mix in the parmesan. Put the spaghetti in the pan, mix everything together well and serve immediately.
