- Put 5 - 6 walnut halves aside, finely chop the rest in a blender. Drain the yogurt well in a sieve. Press the garlic.
- Mix the ground nuts with the yoghurt and garlic and season with salt.
- Decorate with the remaining walnuts and the lime cut into eighths.
- Tastes good with grilled food, but also in a salad or with a fresh flatbread.
