Instructions

  1. Put 5 - 6 walnut halves aside, finely chop the rest in a blender. Drain the yogurt well in a sieve. Press the garlic.
  2. Mix the ground nuts with the yoghurt and garlic and season with salt.
  3. Decorate with the remaining walnuts and the lime cut into eighths.
  4. Tastes good with grilled food, but also in a salad or with a fresh flatbread.
