Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, clean the lettuce, remove the stalks, chop the sun-dried tomatoes, and chop the feta cheese. As soon as the pasta is ready, mix it with the pesto in a bowl. Let the whole thing cool down a bit, then add the lettuce and the dried tomatoes. If you like, you can also add a packet of pine nuts - roasted or unroasted. As soon as it has cooled down, add the feta cheese, mix the salad, season with salt, pepper and, if you like, add plenty of balsamic vinegar.
