Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon cubes. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, reduce to about half. Add the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let it simmer until the consistency is very creamy. Let cool and pour lukewarm over the lamb`s lettuce.
  2. Serve immediately as the salad will collapse quickly due to the heat.
