Sorry, I don`t have the exact details anymore - I always make the recipe with my fingers crossed. But it`s very simple.
Dilute the orange jam with the orange juice and a little olive oil. Add a little basil and pepper and hey presto - is the sauce ready.
Half toast the toast. Put a goat cream cheese on each slice of bread. Slide under the heated grill until the cheese slowly starts to melt.
Place some lettuce leaves on 4 plates and put the toast slices with the cheese on top. Pour a little orange sauce on top and serve garnished with roasted pine nuts.
