Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil with Kaba. Melt the mint tablets in it. Put a splash of peppermint schnapps (for children without) into the warm cup, then pour on the hot cocoa.
  2. As a garnish, whip the cream with the bourbon vanilla sugar until stiff, pour onto the cocoa, decorate with cocoa powder and mint leaves.
