Put the oat flakes, buckwheat flakes, quinoa flakes and flax seeds in a bowl and mix with a little water. Add soy yogurt, raisins and cashew nuts and stir. Let everything soak a little.
In the meantime, cut the apple and the pineapple slice into small pieces and heat them in the rice milk. Chop the banana and add it. When everything is nice and hot, turn off the stove and stir in the grapes. Depending on the taste, the fruit can only be heated or steamed soft.
Now add all the ingredients to the flakes in the bowl and mix well. Scatter the hemp seeds and the dried flowers on top and serve.
This hot breakfast lets you glide smoothly into the day. According to Ayurveda, 3 warm meals per day are recommended.
