- Peel and slice the jacket potatoes.
- For the marinade, mix the boiling water with the flour, sugar, salt, pepper, stock cube, vinegar and the onion cubes.
- Mix the marinade with the potatoes
- Just before serving, fry the bacon and add a little salad oil if necessary. Fold in the bacon and fat while hot.
- Serve the potato salad warm.
