Instructions

  1. Washed and cut leeks, tomatoes, ginger and dates bring to the boil in 500 ml water. Simmer without the lid for 30 minutes, reducing the amount of liquid from 500 ml to 200 ml.
  2. Then pour everything through a sieve. The collected broth contains a lot of nutrients and should be drunk once a day if you want to strengthen your metabolism.
  3. Optionally, 1 g of ganoderma mushroom powder can be stirred into the finished broth after cooking.
