Ingredients

• 1 packet cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon, leveled wasabi powder
• 1 clove garlic
• possibly milk
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Peel, press or finely chop the garlic and place in a bowl with the cream cheese, wasabi and sugar. Mix everything well. If the mixture is too firm, add a dash of milk.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Tastes good with freshly baked bread.
