Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients one after the other into the BBA and set the dough program. My BBA needs about two hours for this. The dough can of course also be made with a normal kitchen machine or by hand.
  2. With the time switch of the BBA, the finished dough is available shortly before breakfast.
  3. Grind the dough into eight balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut a notch in each roll with a wet knife and let it rise for 20 minutes. Brush with water or moisten with the flower sprayer and bake at 250 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  4. As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, moisten them immediately with the flower sprayer, this will give them a nice shine.
