Instructions

  1. Cut the melon flesh into small pieces, remove the stones and collect the juice.
  2. Mix the fruit pieces and the melon juice in a tall mug with the powdered sugar. Let everything soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the apple and lemon juice to the melon mixture and puree everything with the blender.
  4. Pour the liquid into the running ice cream maker and freeze for about 30 minutes.
