Instructions

  1. Cool and prepare all ingredients well: pluck or cut the ham into strips or pieces, cut the olives into rings. Crumble the feta cheese, slice the Parmesan, dice the mozzarella or pluck it into pieces. Cut the red onion into fine strips, finely dice the peppers or cut into fine strips. Cut the rocket or basil into pieces or strips.
  2. Halve a melon and cut a slice as thick as your thumb out of the middle. Put the slice on a plate and cut into pieces of cake before topping.
  3. Cover the pieces to taste, season with a little balsamic cream and freshly ground pepper and serve the pizza cold.
  4. Choose the topping according to availability and personal taste. Instead of balsamic vinegar, you can also add some date and fig vinegar.
  5. It is best to choose a long melon for large quantities. Individual pizza pieces arranged on a platter are also good on the buffet and for brunch.
