Peel and core the watermelon and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the feta. Wash the rocket, spin dry and cut off the stems generously. Pluck the leaves from the washed herbal branches.
Arrange watermelon, feta, rocket and herbs on a large platter. Whisk the oil, orange juice, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup and sugar together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle the sauce over the salad. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
