Simply cut out individual pieces from the melon, dice into manageable pieces and put a little feta on each piece of melon. If you have more time, you can conjure up beautiful skewers out of it.
The whole thing was shown to me by one of my Greek friends - at first I was skeptical but immediately enthusiastic how nicely the delicious feta melts in the mouth with the fresh melon. Just try it out!
