Beat the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper and top with ham. Spread the curd cheese seasoned with chives and parsley, the diced paprika and the chopped mushrooms on top. The cutlets are then put together and possibly fixed with a toothpick.
Then you can bread them and bake them out. The schnitzel can also be fried.
Parsley potatoes and a mixed salad are served as a side dish.
