Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and I pluck or cut bite-sized pieces. Wash and dice the peppers. Wash the tomatoes too and then cut them into eighths. Halve the mango, peel and cut lengthways into strips. Wash and halve the grapes.
  2. The salad is spread evenly on a large plate. The diced peppers are placed in any corner and the tomatoes are served in another corner. The mango and the grapes are also placed on the lettuce a little away from the other vegetables.
  3. Salt and pepper the sour cream, add sugar, oil and lemon juice and stir vigorously. Then you can still taste. When the dressing is ready, drizzle it over the salad. Please skip the mango and grapes.
