Have a mixer ready and put all ingredients in the mixer at the same time. Peel the ginger and cut into pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Peel the papaya and cut into pieces. Put some of the kernels in the blender. You are very healthy. Pour in linseed, yogurt, honey, turmeric, cinnamon and orange juice.
Mix everything at the highest level for about 1 minute. Now add the oil and mix for another 5 seconds.
The amount makes 2 large or 4 small glasses. The smoothie should be drunk straight away, otherwise the vitamins will be lost.
