Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet, rinse and place in a baking dish. Fry the peppers, onions and crushed garlic in a little oil in a pan for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with the tomatoes, add oregano, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
Cut the ham into strips and spread over the pasta, add the vegetables and mix everything well. Then distribute the grated feta evenly on top. Put the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Tip: you can also have grated Gouda cheese in addition to the feta. Then stir in the feta in the casserole and sprinkle the Gouda over it to bake it.
