Instructions

  1. Crush the candies, chop them in the moulinette or cut them up with a sharp knife. Prepare the schnapps in a clean bottle and let stand overnight, shaking a few times if necessary so that the candies dissolve more easily. The liqueur can be drunk immediately after the sweets have dissolved. It tastes pure, but then it is comparatively spicy, hotter than a Baileys you buy. Store in a dark and cool place for at least 3 months.
  2. For giving away or serving, I stretch it to a milder variant. For this I add 250-300 ml of H-cream (you usually have it at home and last longer in the liqueur!). Then it should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 2 weeks.
  3. Tastes pure, slightly chilled or on ice.
