Clean and dice the peppers. Peel and finely chop 2 onions. Drain the kidney beans.
Fry the onion cubes in hot fat. Add kidney beans and diced paprika and season with Tabasco. Braise for about 15 minutes.
Fry the steaks briefly in hot oil on both sides in a pan. Then let it rest a little.
Peel 2 onions and cut into thick rings, fry until translucent. Fry the bacon slices until crispy. Place on the steaks with the bacon and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange on plates with the bean, pepper and onion mix and serve immediately garnished with parsley.
