Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sunflower seeds, salt and caraway seeds. Put half of this mixture in a bowl. Add the yogurt and honey and pour the rest of the flour mixture on top. Now dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and add it too. Mix everything with the dough hook of a hand mixer.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased baking tin (I always use two small molds) and place in the middle of the cold oven. Put a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Do not preheat the oven!
  3. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes.
