Instructions

  1. First mix dry yeast, honey, natural yoghurt, vinegar, salt, grains and lukewarm water well in a bowl. Then stir in the flour.
  2. Scatter a few grains into a loaf pan and pour in the bread dough. Smooth out a bit and sprinkle a few grains on the bread and brush well with water - the water gives a nice crust.
  3. When the bread dough has risen approx. 2 cm (takes about 20 minutes for me), put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 ° C for 50 minutes, then switch off the stove and let the bread cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Depending on your taste, you can add bread spices or leave out the vinegar, honey or grains in the dough.
