White Bean Pate in Lavash Instructions

  1. Soak beans and boil until tender. Grind the boiled beans in a blender. Add finely chopped fried onions (half the oil). Add ground sesame seeds (grind on a coffee grinder). And add the remaining oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. You should get a thick, plastic paste. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and stir in the pate
  2. Cut lavash in half and spread with pate. Roll up. Put the bean pate in the pita bread in the cold for a couple of hours.

  3. Cut the bean pâté rolls into slices and place on a plate
