- Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small pieces and sauté in butter. Chop the chilli peppers and add to the onion and garlic mixture.
- Now add the pizza tomatoes and the beans, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil, simmer gently for approx. 5 minutes over a low heat.
- There was also gyros, tzatziki and rice with olives.
