Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small pieces and sauté in butter. Chop the chilli peppers and add to the onion and garlic mixture.
  2. Now add the pizza tomatoes and the beans, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil, simmer gently for approx. 5 minutes over a low heat.
  3. There was also gyros, tzatziki and rice with olives.
