Instructions

  1. Heat the white beans with liquid and a dash of water in a large saucepan and simmer gently at a low temperature.
  2. Cut the paprika sausage into bite-sized pieces, halve the pork belly and add everything to the white beans in the saucepan and let simmer.
  3. Then add water and cook the spaetzle al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Season the white beans with black pepper and fondor and stir in the cooked spaetzle!
  5. Good Appetite!
  6. P.S. Simmer the beans with the paprika sausage and the pork belly for as long as possible - gives a super good taste
