- Heat the white beans with liquid and a dash of water in a large saucepan and simmer gently at a low temperature.
- Cut the paprika sausage into bite-sized pieces, halve the pork belly and add everything to the white beans in the saucepan and let simmer.
- Then add water and cook the spaetzle al dente according to the instructions on the package.
- Season the white beans with black pepper and fondor and stir in the cooked spaetzle!
