Pour the stock away from the broad white beans and put the beans in a bowl. Scatter the garlic on top, as well as the chilli flakes. Mix with vinegar and add the oil.
Let it steep, if the beans taste too bland, add a little salt. But this is usually not necessary because the brew in the glass is also salted.
I call this very simple bean salad embarrassment salad because I was magically attracted to such a glass of beans recently and they didn`t taste great straight out of the glass. Now I really like her that way.
