Instructions

  1. Clean the white cabbage and remove the hard stalk, slice finely. Season with salt and mix well. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and dice. Chop the hazelnuts. Mix the maple syrup, mustard, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix with the white cabbage, fold in the mango cubes and hazelnuts.
  2. Serve with fresh farmer`s bread.
