Cut the white cabbage into small pieces, criss-cross, so that the pieces are max. 2 * 2cm in size.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
The whole thing is now put into a large pot in layers with the mince. It starts with the potatoes. The hack is a little crumbled with the fingers. Usually there are 6 layers. (Potato, mince, cabbage)
Each layer is seasoned with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
A little water is added to the whole thing so that it does not burn. Cover and simmer in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes, in a normal saucepan for 1 hour. Then add the cream and stir vigorously.
It`s going to be quite a mess, but that`s how it should be.
