Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
  2. Cut the white cabbage into strips and cook for about 10 minutes (if you like it softer, cook it longer, if you like it crisper, a little shorter), then drain.
  3. Dice the onion and sauté with the minced meat seasoned with pepper and salt until the minced meat is crumbly
  4. Butter a baking dish and pour in the mince mixture and white cabbage. Cut the tomato into cubes and spread on top.
  5. Mix the eggs with the cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper and pour evenly over the mince, cabbage and tomatoes.
