½ cup vinegar (herb vinegar)

cup oil

cup sugar

tablespoon mustard, full

Instructions
Mix the sliced white cabbage, peppers and onions.
Put the herb vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt in a small saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the hot stock over the cabbage and stir well.
Let it steep for a day.
