For the dough, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, place in a bowl with the two types of flour, add a little salt and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rise.
In the meantime, for the topping, brown the onion in a little oil, add the minced meat and fry well. Then add the white cabbage, pork belly, garlic and chilli pepper, season well with salt and pepper and roast well for about 10 minutes, uncovered. Set aside and let cool down a bit.
Roll out the risen yeast dough approx. 1 cm thick and place on a greased baking sheet. Spread the white cabbage and minced meat mixture on the dough, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
