Instructions

  1. Cut the white cabbage into fine strips either with a bread slicer or a knife.
  2. Brown the cabbage nicely in oil or clarified butter with an onion cut into strips. Then add the garlic.
  3. Now sauté the minced meat with the onion and add to the cabbage. Pour in the stock and white wine, let it boil until the cabbage is cooked through and let it taste good.
  4. To my taste, mashed potatoes and a green salad.
