Put the giant beans and corn in a colander, rinse and drain.
Melt the clarified butter in a large saucepan. Fry the minced meat in it for approx. 6 - 8 minutes until crumbly. Add the onion and garlic and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Add paprika, spring onions and chilli, fry briefly.
Deglaze with water and cream. Add the broth and bring to the boil. Add the beans and corn and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season everything again with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and, if necessary, chilli flakes.
