Instructions

  1. Chop 100 g chocolate and carefully melt it with the cream in a double boiler.
  2. Mix the egg yolks, powdered sugar, mascarpone and 20 ml Cointreau until creamy. Stir in the cooled, liquid chocolate. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully.
  3. Mix the rest of the Cointreau with the orange juice.
  4. Line a mold with ladyfingers and soak the ladyfingers with half of the juice or just brush on to taste.
  5. Put half of the mascarpone cream on top. Place a second layer of ladyfingers on top, drizzle with the remaining juice and smooth the remaining cream on top.
  6. Cover with cling film and put in a cool place for approx. 3 hours; also works overnight.
  7. Before serving, grate the remaining white chocolate finely. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
  8. Goes very well with a slice of orange for decoration.
