Instructions

  1. First you chop the chocolate very finely, preferably with a food processor. Set aside 1 - 2 tablespoons for the garnish. Then you prepare the cream pudding as it is on the package. So you mix the pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar. The rest of the milk is boiled in the pot. When milk begins to simmer slightly (attention: stir well), add the mixed pudding powder. Stir vigorously and bring to the boil once.
  2. Now the chopped chocolate is added to the hot pudding. Stir nicely, it melts immediately. Then put the whole thing in a heat-proof bowl and chill.
  3. If the pudding is cold, the cream should be whipped and folded into the pudding mixture. Now layer the pudding and raspberries in dessert glasses. I always take 2 tablespoons of pudding, then a layer of raspberries, then pudding again, etc. The last layer should consist of raspberries, onto which the chocolate shavings that have been set aside are sprinkled.
  4. An absolute sin and incredibly delicious, I think! I have always been able to inspire my guests with it. (Attention: put the belt one hole further before eating!)
