Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt. Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks with vanilla sugar to a stiff cream and chill. Whip the cream until stiff and also chill.
  2. Beat the egg whites to stiff snow and slowly pour in the sugar. First fold the yolk cream into the liquid chocolate, then the cream and finally the egg whites.
  3. Fill the chocolate mousse into decorative glasses and chill for approx. 4 hours.
  4. Save 3 strawberries for decoration. Clean the remaining strawberries, cut into small pieces and mix with the orange liqueur and lemon juice. Puree finely with the hand blender.
  5. Take the cold chocolate mousse out of the fridge and pour a little strawberry sauce over it. Garnish with the strawberries and mint leaves.
  6. Can be prepared very well.
