Instructions

  1. Let the chocolate melt slowly in a water bath, then add the ginger, egg, egg yolk and the liqueur and beat everything until frothy. Remove from heat and let cool down to room temperature.
  2. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff and then carefully fold it into the chocolate. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Serve in glasses or as dumplings.
