Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease the muffin tray with 12 hollows or line it with paper liners.
  2. Mix the white chocolate, flour, baking powder and sugar together. Roughly chop half of the raspberries and mix in all of the raspberries. Mix the egg, oil and buttermilk and add to the mixture. Mix everything together until you have a thickened dough. Spread evenly between the molds and bake 20, or until the muffins are golden brown.
