Instructions

  1. Mix the coffee beans, creme fraîche and milk and bring to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy until a whitish mass is formed.
  2. Remove the coffee beans from the milk-creme-fraîche mixture and pour them into the whitish mass. Steal in the fridge until cold, then freeze in the ice maker.
