• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g quark, lean
• 250 g quark cream (finished product, 0.2 fat)
• 200 g cream
• 150 grams sugar
• 1 bar white chocolate (grated)
• 250 g raspberries, frozen

Instructions

1. Mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly, fold in the white chocolate (save a remainder). Fold the frozen raspberries into the cream approx. 1.5-2 hours before serving.
2. To serve, sprinkle the remaining white chocolate on the cream.
