Instructions

  1. Peel green asparagus in the lower third, whole white asparagus. Heat the vegetable stock with salt and peppercorns, cook the asparagus in it for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove the asparagus from the stock and keep warm. Mix the stock with the cream cheese and mustard and pour over the asparagus.
  3. Season turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it. Serve with the chervil with the asparagus.
