• 4 cl lime juice
• 4 cl syrup, (elderflower syrup)
• 6 cubes ice, crushed
• 0.5 liter ½ sparkling Prosecco
• Lemon balm, for garnish

Instructions

1. Shake the lime juice and the syrup with the ice cubes vigorously in a well-closed container and divide into 4 glasses.
2. Top up with well chilled Prosecco. Garnish each glass with a little fresh lemon balm
