Peel the sausages and cut into 10-12 slices each. Cut the chives into rolls. If necessary, put some aside for decoration. Mix the marinade of mustard, oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and chives and marinate the sausage slices in it for half an hour.
Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Cut each pretzel stick into approx. 10-12 slices. Pluck iceberg lettuce leaves to match the appetizers. Then layer bites: the lettuce on the lye slice, then radishes, then sausage, then radishes again. Fix with a skewer and arrange on plates.
