Boil the pasta in salted water and let the veal sausages warm up in hot water.
For the dressing, mix oil, vinegar, sweet mustard, freshly grated ginger, parsley and pepper. If necessary, add a little water to make the dressing more fluid. Halve the tomatoes, cut the pickles into small slices and add to the dressing.
Add the pasta and the sliced veal sausages to the dressing and mix well.
